Steven Minter is the former president and executive director of The Cleveland Foundation, the original and second-largest community foundation in the country. Under his leadership, the Foundation's grant making increased from $17.5 million to $74 million per year. During his tenure at The Cleveland Foundation, he was also president of Community Foundations of America.
